A permanent Recruitment Manager role based in the Birmingham region
Your new role
The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of a comprehensive recruitment service within the business. The Recruitment Manager will manage and provide hands on support to the delivery of both volume and specialist campaigns. The post holder will partner the business to understand current and future recruitment needs, and advise on recruitment campaign strategies. The Recruitment Manager will play a key part in supporting the HR leadership team to develop and implement the recruitment strategy across the business and will provide expert advice regarding process improvement. Key focus areas will include the development of relationships with external agencies, early years recruitment & development schemes, employer branding and direct sourcing.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Internal Recruitment Manager with substantial expertise in hands on recruitment and the development of unique and innovative recruitment attraction and resourcing strategies. Experience of recruitment management within a large and commercial multi-sited business is essential.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £35,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience) plus excellent benefits
