A boutique Investment Bank with a global presence, currently have an urgent need for a Recruitment Coordinator on a temp to perm basis.
This role will support the recruitment and campus team with all recruitment coordination globally and administration.
Relationship management with internal business areas, interviewers, recruitment agencies and direct/employee referral candidates
Reporting and tracking of candidates within the interview process
Becoming a 'super-user' of the Applicant Tracking System and generating regular reports and analysis to help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function
Ad hoc project work e.g. process improvements
Work-load permitting, there will also be scope for this role to be involved in; reviewing advert response, short listing CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews with prospective candidates
This is a busy and fast paced role that enables you to build relationships with the wider HR team and business. You will be required to build strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and be an integral part of the Recruitment team.
