HR Coordinator - Financial Services - £24,000-£28,000 - Central London

An exciting new HR Coordinator role has arisen, working for a for a global Financial Services organisation based in Central London. In this role, you will be supporting a small team in a standalone capacity.

Your new role
In your new HR Coordinator role you will be working in a central HR position whereby you'll have been exposed to all aspects of the entire employee lifecycle. You will be assisting with the recruitment function, maintaining the HRIS, liaising with payroll to communicate employee changes, and acting as the first point of call for all HR-related enquires. Additionally, you'll be overseeing the leaver process, updating the employee handbook, and will be involved in low level ER consultations. Furthermore, you'll have some PA-related duties, supporting the CEO, and will be responsible for providing ad-hoc administrative assistance to the team.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have experience working in a central HR Admin/Assistant role whereby you'll have received exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You'll have a good understanding of recruitment function, have supported on a variety of different aspects throughout the employee lifecycle, and preferably will have experience assisting the L&D function. Furthermore, you'll have secured your CIPD Level 3, and your degree in a HR related subject. To succeed, you'll have a strong character, be outgoing, personable, and be able to communicate with senior stakeholders.
