An excellent job opportunity for an HR BP-12 Month FTC, within an established, fast-paced, global engineering organisation in Milton Keynes.
Your new role
As an HR BP-(12 Month FTC), you will be part of a small, busy HR team, where you can make a difference and have autonomy in your role. You will be responsible for managing a number of projects through to fruition, including a TUPE contract alignment, launching the new company handbook, communicating this out to the business and rolling out training on any changes to the handbook. You will also be responsible for managing a project on mapping ER processes and will be responsible for managing complex ER cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP, ideally in a fast-paced, commercial organisation, Union experience would be advantageous, you must have experience managing the TUPE process from end-end. You will ideally be able to start with no more than two weeks notice.
