Oakleaf Partnership are working with an established transport business in the search for a HR Manager. The role will be supporting the development and delivery of the HR Advice strategy, ensuring best possible use of systems/technology to maximise the impact channels across the business

Partnering with stakeholders within People Services and across the business to define the vision for self-service and technology as part of the HR Advice strategy, to also include analysis of the culture change required to truly enable a self-service culture

Accountable for delivery of the HR Advice strategy to agreed timescales and standards

Responsible for ensuring data is managed in a confidential manner and in line with company policies and GDPR regulations

Motivates, develops and performance manages the Knowledge Management Specialist, ensuring work is delivered to required standards and SLAs

Escalation point for Knowledge Management Specialist and users of self-service channels across the business

Promotes People Services products and services via the appropriate channels, driving culture change to enable self-service and a digital mindset

Ensuring smooth integration and promoting/coaching others in their use

Influences and educates customers and stakeholders in the use/uptake of existing and future systems/technology to maximise the potential of all possible channels

Requirements

GCSE / A level standard of education in English and Maths (or equivalent)

Qualified CIPD Diploma / Foundation Degree (or equivalent) or a minimum 5 years' experience of providing Knowledge Management in a high-volume environment
