We are currently looking at recruiting for a well established organisation who are looking for a HR Business Partner who is ambitious and wanting long term career opportunity.

The role is a generalist role supporting corporate business units across all HR areas

KEY DUTIES:

  • Coaching and advising all levels of Employee Relation matters
  • Responsible for talent & succession planning
  • Dealing with all levels of recruitment
  • Induction and on-boarding
  • Compensation and benefits

This is a varied role and covers all areas of HR and would suit a generalist who is wanting progression. In return you will work for a reputable company who will offer a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
