Role: HR Business Partner Industry: Fintech Location: City of London Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 My client are a leading fintech business who are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their business supporting their technology function. The role will offer a true blend of operations and strategic delivery and is the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to come in to build and shape an agenda. You must have the ability to partner, influence and shape thinking across your client group, in particularly with senior leadership. Responsibilities will include: * Working in partnership with leadership to understand HR requirements and identifying appropriate HR programmes and initiatives challenging and making recommendations on current HR practices.* Building strong client relationships with key individuals in area of responsibility, providing HR advice and strategic counsel to local leadership typically at MD level.* Providing advice interpretation and guidance on HR policies practices and processes escalating to senior colleagues or specialist teams where necessary.* Driving the HR agenda within a defined area by ensuring that all people managers are equipped and able to deliver against ongoing people management requirements.* Leveraging expertise from HR centres of excellence (i.e. Reward OD etc.) and broader business partnering colleagues to ensure HR programmes and initiatives are communicated understood and implemented consistently across the business.You will have the opportunity to get involved in organisation design and development, as well as succession planning and building a talent agenda.Get in touch today!
