European HR Data Administrator

9 month FTC - Maternity Cover

£26,000-28,000 per annum pro rata

An opportunity for a strong Administrator with meticulous attention to detail looking for a part time / work form home opportunity to join a small HR team within a global consultancy and executive search firm. The successful European HR Data Administrator will report to the HR Business Partner, however must be comfortable working in a largely stand alone capacity.

The appointed European HR Data Administrator will be responsible for providing assistance to simplify and ensure the accuracy of final data capture, inputting, and record maintenance for the UK and Global HR teams.

The start date for this role will be early April 2019 on a 9 month FTC maternity cover basis. The proposed part-time working pattern is 19 hours per week across 5 days, including 5 hours on Monday and 5 hours on Friday. Exact hours can be discussed.

Role responsibilities;

Ensuring all data submissions are complete and formatted correctly for inputting into the Workday system

Take the lead role in resolving issues associated with incomplete and/or inaccurate data submissions

Being the primary point of contact for tracking position approvals and maintaining approved requisition logs

Provide administrative coordination, data input, and data management for all HR processes, as needed

Provide a high level of responsiveness and client service on all enquiries.

Capture and analyse relevant data on issues to formulate recommendations and secure approvals

Escalate matters to ensure issue resolution as needed

Provide administrative support for recruiting an on-boarding process support, as needed

Ad hoc project support to European Team.

Experience and skills required:

Minimum A' Level education or equivalent

Experience with HR information, payroll, and/or similar systems. Workday HR systems knowledge and experience would be advantageous

Articulate, with first class writing and grammar skills

Strong numerical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail

Collaborate well with a team in a fast-paced and demanding environment

Experience of building and maintaining relationships across different levels of the organisation

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and preferably Workday knowledge

Ability to work in a calm manner with a bright and can-do attitude

Ability to prioritise tasks in an often pressured environment
