An internationally recognized Law Firm, based in Central London are recruiting for a Talent & Development Manager to join their team. This is a brand new and exciting opportunity to play a key role in the HR team and working closely with the HR Director and supporting the talent management and learning & development requirements of the firm. As the Talent & Development Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Designing, leading and implementing the Talent Management & Development strategyWorking closely with key stakeholders including HR Managers, Legal Practice Areas and Business Support teams to identify and lead on appropriate people solutions to improve performanceAssessing learning & development requirements and identifying and developing appropriate solutions to support continuous development and address training needsPlanning and supporting delivery of leadership assessment and development programsDesigning and overseeing the firm's internal firm-wide training and wellness program and where appropriate delivering skills workshops or coaching sessionsSourcing, reviewing and managing external training providers ensuring that training courses are as beneficial and bespoke as possiblePromoting the training, learning and development offering through creative and impactful communicationsManaging and improving performance management tools and processesSupporting the wider HR team along with partners and managers on implementing talent and performance action plansWorking with managers to advise on suitable learning and development activitiesDesigning and developing career development plans and programsDesigning and delivering apprenticeshipsDesigning and implementing a mentoring programmeFacilitating and improving key processes related to onboarding, performance management, talent management, succession planning etc.Supporting HR with key change management projectsAs the Talent & Development Manager, you will possess:Relevant experience working in a HR/Talent/Learning & Development role ideally within Professional ServicesKnowledge in organizational development, employee engagement, talent and performance managementExperience in designing, delivering and evaluating development activitiesLeading on and delivering projectsExperience in change managementExperience of budget managementExperience working with senior managementIf this Talent & Development role is of interest, please apply directly.
