We are representing a global bank looking to hire a Lead HR Consultant to support HR change projects across technology and operations. As Lead HR Consultant, you will be responsible for building a team of change specialists to lead global projects. You will develop a clear understanding of the people priorities and the business goals and be able to translate this into a clear executable strategy across multiple geographies. Responsibilities will include: Drive programme delivery proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risksProvide focus as to how the programme aligns to global HR strategyDefine effective programme controls and proceduresReport progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the relevant governance forum and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery and benefits realizationLead the team to meet performance targets aligned to programme objectives and role-model desired behaviours Build ongoing relationships with the wider HR community and key stakeholders within operations and technology You will have previous experience within an HR change environment and strong experience of portfolio management within a multi-layered global organisation. Experience building and leading a high performing team is essential as is the ability to deliver high quality solutions.
