HR Operations and Project Manager
Annapurna Recruitment is partnering with a large entertainment business to recruit a HR Operations and Projects Manager based in West London.
Your duties will include:
You will be responsible for ensuring the HR System is up to date with all HR data.
You will design and implement HR policies, ensuring they comply with best practice, legislation and competitive within the market.
Act as a consultant to managers within the business regarding policies and procedures.
Continuously review our processes and procedures to promote further automation.
Work very closely with the HR systems team to ensure any upgrades in the HR system flow through to more streamlines and automated processes.
Play a key role in HR projects, to ensure they are correctly project managed and delivered into line with best practice skills and experience.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Strong HR Operations and Projects experience.
Previous experience of working in a large global matrixed managed organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a large business on a 12 Month to permanent basis. Paying £55,000 + Bonus & Benefits.
