A very innovative and exiting brand are looking for their next HR Generlist to cover a 12 Month MAT Leave. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team in a company that values hard work and equally enjoying your time at the office.

This role would be perfect for someone who is currently looking for a challange and currenlty doing all the day to day goings on of an HR Generlist.

Responsibilities:
Operational:
-Compile internal documents and process through the systems to gain all required approvals
and information for hiring, terminations, employee changes
-Write employment offer letters, employment contracts for all supported business units
-Upload, Update and Maintain Systems (SAP, Employee Central, Success Factors)
-Provide reports to the business and HR Manager when requested
-Ensure the continued, effective use and provide communication on our online performance
management processes
-Administer the service awards programme for UK Associates
-Administer and encourage use of the Global Recognition Scheme
-Support the HR Manager and business with any ad hoc HR Administration requests
-Able to collate data, sort it and produce comprehensive results about the European HR Function

Recruitment/On-boarding
- Responsible for the recruitment process - Work with line managers to fill approved positions in
a timely and cost effective manner with the best candidate.

Recruitment responsibilities
include but aren't limited to: liaison with external agencies, promoting the employee referral
scheme, coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, contracts and new starter paperwork,
conducting pre-employment checks, induction planning and follow ups with the new starter
- Interview candidates - pre-screening calls and face to face interviews
