A top global Management Consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their team. As Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):Full ownership of specific level experienced hiringEnsuring pipeline is high quality and of sufficient quantityManaging end-to-end recruiting processes for all applications from all sourcesDeveloping further sourcing strategies to help meet growth plansDriving direct sourcing methods such as using LinkedInManaging agency relationships such as briefing agencies and delivering feedback and maintaining regular contact throughout interview processesWeekly CV screening and leading decisions in Experienced Hiring screening discussionsScheduling candidates, preparing briefings, leading debrief discussions and communication to candidates/agenciesIssuing contracts and managing the offer processRecruiting events and taking a lead on presentation content etc.Assisting Manager and Head of Recruitment on any ad hoc requestsAd hoc project workWorking closely with and mentoring the Junior RecruiterAs the Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:Previous experience in relevant recruitment role, either in-house or agencyStrong skills in direct sourcingProficiency in computer literacyGood stakeholder managementAbility to work well under pressureIf this Recruitment Advisor role is of interest, please apply directly.
