HR Business Partner
An acquisitive, high growth cloud tech firm is looking to hire a high calibre HR Business Partner to support a UK and European population in response to EMEA growth and acquisition.
Following recent acquisition activity, the organisation has implemented a new people strategy in support of post-acquisition integration.
Reporting into the International VP HR, you will support a UK and European commercial team (technology, product, sales and marketing) across talent management, employee relations, capability and career mapping, and performance management. You'll be involved in numerous projects driving engagement during post acquisition integration, including harmonisation, restructuring, as well as process & policy improvement and new HR technology implementation.
The role demands a commercial HR Business Partner or HR Advisor with excellent relationship management skills. You'll have a proven generalist HR track record of operational delivery within fast paced, agile technology-led environments and work in a dynamic, fun and friendly international culture. Prior experience working in matrix environment is essential, as is the ability and confidence to work independently and as part of a small global HR team.
