Temp to perm HR Administrator based in Norwich city centre

Your new company
Our exclusive client are based in Norwich city centre and looking for a HR administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This organisation are leaders in their field, both in terms of their service delivery and also HR strategy.

Your new role
This role will initially support an established team to deliver a series of projects. Once being made permanent the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in all areas of human resources, including:

- General HR administration
- Payroll
- Recruitment and retention
-Training and development
- Maintenance of HR system
- Ongoing project support

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be available at short notice, have a passion for HR and strong attention to detail.
