HR Operations Manager

Your new role
Reporting directly into the HR Director and as part of the HR SMT, you will have autonomy and ownership of the HR Operations function, including the line management for 2 HR Administrators. The role will involve key oversight of the recruitment lifecycle, pay & reward activities, HR budgeting, HRIS management and statutory reporting; in addition to a focus on continuous improvement and automation of processes. It will also be integral that you network with others in the HEI sector in order to effectively benchmark and share best practice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Manager with HR Operational expertise, ideally gained within the public sector.
This role is a 12 month contract to start as soon as possible, therefore you will need to be available on short notice.
