An exciting opportunity for an experience HR professional who is looking for a chance to own and grow a brand new HR division.

The opportunity has come about due to growth of this unique life science business. With and international workforce of approximately 40 (majority located in London and Spain), the board have recognised that there is now a requirement for a dedicated HR professional to join the company as a Standalone Head of HR.

This really is a Greenfield role and therefore will be attractive to candidates who are keen to grow and develop the HR function for this well financed company.

The ideal candidate will be excited at the prospect of growing with the organisation, whether you have experience of working international is not essential, what is essential is the desire to be willing to learn, much in, write policies and procedures, strong UK employment knowledge, a great HR generalist who is happy to work in a standalone capacity.

If you have worked within a similar, start-up organisation or as the sole HR representative that would be an advantage.

The client is open on sector but if you do have a background of working within either Pharmaceutical or Biotech would be of interest.

In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary, a bonus of 20 - 30% and be part of the company Option Scheme. (They are aiming to float within a reasonable time). And work in the heart of London's West End.
