Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with an exciting, growing professional services business on a permanent HR Administrator vacancy. Their offices are based in Central London and you will be reporting into the directly. This role supports the UK offices with any HR administrative matters. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Drafting contracts, offers of employment and liaising with payrollCV screening, forwarding and coordinating interviewsMaintenance of employee dataBuilding and maintaining management information on compliance e.g. right to work renewals, professional memberships etcEnsuring ongoing compliance of all employees is up to dateAdministrating the new starter and leaver processLiaising with recruitment agenciesCreating letters for salary reviews, confirmation of maternity/paternity, promotions etc.Logging and monitoring sickness and annual leave, informing payroll and maintaining recordsSupporting in meetings, taking minutesReference checkingPreparation of monthly management information as requiredProviding ad hoc office administrative support as required The ideal candidate will be/have: 1-2 years previous experience in an HR Administrator (or similar role)Experience in a corporate, professional services environmentComfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and senior members of the businessGood communication and interpersonal skillsStrong MS office skills and experience using an HR system If this HR Administrator vacancy within an exciting, growing professional services business is of interest, please get in touch or apply directly.
