Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with an exciting, growing professional services business on a permanent HR Administrator vacancy. Their offices are based in Central London and you will be reporting into the directly. This role supports the UK offices with any HR administrative matters.

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Drafting contracts, offers of employment and liaising with payroll

CV screening, forwarding and coordinating interviews

Maintenance of employee data

Building and maintaining management information on compliance e.g. right to work renewals, professional memberships etc

Ensuring ongoing compliance of all employees is up to date

Administrating the new starter and leaver process

Liaising with recruitment agencies

Creating letters for salary reviews, confirmation of maternity/paternity, promotions etc.

Logging and monitoring sickness and annual leave, informing payroll and maintaining records

Supporting in meetings, taking minutes

Reference checking

Preparation of monthly management information as required

Providing ad hoc office administrative support as required

The ideal candidate will be/have:

1-2 years previous experience in an HR Administrator (or similar role)

Experience in a corporate, professional services environment

Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and senior members of the business

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong MS office skills and experience using an HR system
