My Leeds based, global client is seeking an experienced L&D/OD Advisor to cover maternity leave for a period of 12 months.

You will have full responsibility for:

*The UK e-learning system; course design, implementation and continuous evaluation
*Provide advice and guidance on L&D programmes and inductions for UK based employees
*Support employees and managers on the company Graduate Scheme
*Manage the implementation of and the findings for the global people survey.


You will have proven experience of working as an L&D/OD Advisor and previous experience of the full e-learning cycle including design and implementation.

You will be a team player who can also work autonomously; you will take a coaching approach to your work and be a highly organised individual who can multitask and manage multiple projects at any one time.

You will also ideally have designed and implemented talent and employee engagement programmes and preferably supported a business on an international basis.

Covering maternity leave and commencing early to mid-May 2019 for 12 months, this role is based out of my client's Leeds city centre offices with the possibility of international travel 2-3 times per year.
