Resourcing Business Partner. Burton, 12 month FTC, c40K

A large organisation based in Burton.
Your new role
As the Resourcing Business Partner your role will include the following:
- Managing c30 roles at any one time - high volume
- 80% operational vs 20% strategic
- 12 month FTC - maternity cover
- Stakeholder Management
- Roles will include; customer service, logistics, head office, distribution and warehouse
What you'll need to succeed
- A strong in house recruitment background
- High volume recruitment experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and great attention to detail
