A great, newly created Benefits Manager role is now available within a leading Insurance business that will help to create a class-leading benefits offering to their 4,000 UK population. This role will own and drive the strategic delivery of all Benefits, Pensions & Wellbeing activity across the business and will lead on the management and delivery across their core, flex and voluntary benefits. As a result they are looking to meet candidates with multiple years' experience of managing an in-house benefits function together with strong working knowledge of UK pension and benefit tax handling legislation.
