We are pleased to be partnering our legal client with this is a brand new & exciting opportunity to play a key role within their HR team. Working closely with the HR Director and supporting the talent management and L&D requirements of the firm, you will take ownership of the design, delivery and implementation of talent attraction, retention and L&D programmes in line with the firm's business plan; with a focus on employer brand, engagement and development; all supporting their diversity and inclusion strategies.

Law firm experience is ideal, but if not then you must have a strong career working in a professional services environment.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Talent and Development Manager to work closely with stakeholders across the firm to deliver a range of development programmes and initiatives; with the overall aim to retain key people and improve capability & levels of performance.
You will work across all practice areas and business support teams, providing professional advice and identifying training needs across the business.
In addition to this you also work closely with the Recruitment to improve talent attraction and selection methods with the aim of designing and developing career development pathways, plans and programmes.
We are looking for a dynamic, creative and strategic individual who can design and implement a new mentoring scheme as well as legal and non-legal apprenticeships and who will lead on employee engagement initiatives.
