Your new company
You will be working for a University in South West London, paying £250 per day.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of HR Advise and support to all faculties and directorates at the university. The focus on the role is to advise on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures in accordance with current legislation and best practise. You will also be responsible for high volume case work and employee relations issues through the provision of a proactive and pragmatic professional advisor service. This is an interim role for a period of 4-8 weeks. You will be required to start on Monday 25th March so you must be immediately available.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be CIPD qualified and demonstrate up to date employment legislation knowledge. You will also demonstrate excellent experience managing high volume employee relation cases. You will demonstrate good experience with: advising managers and offering guidance on all employment queries/casework in addition to coordinating recruitment campaigns, supporting with the implementation and improvement of policy development. As an individual you will be proactive with excellent communication skills as you will be required to engage with stakeholders of all seniority.
