A large UK charity located in central London, is looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join their growing team.

Your new role

You will be responsible for coordinating venues and liaising with external training providers to ensure team members are enrolled effectively. You will develop and produce training materials and guidance documentation for the organisation. Furthermore, you will acts as the e-learning administrator to ensure that the system is updated. In addition, you will support the implementation of a new LMS system.

As an individual you will need to be personable, proactive with good knowledge of learning and development.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, all candidates must have experience working in a Learning and Development role. You will need to be proactive and a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
