My client is looking for an HR Officer to work as part of this dedicated and professional team of 3, sitting as part of a wider people team and collaborating with various business functions on all things people.
This global brand specialises in the mining of raw materials including Diamonds, Copper, Platinum and many more products, providing these to top tier companies across the world.
As the HR Officer you will be responsible for driving the HR agenda the UK workforce supporting with all generalist HR duties including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, learning and development as well as owning key HR projects and initiatives.
This is a great position for an ambitious HR Assistant/ coordinator wanting to take a step up, as you will work closely with the HR Manager giving you support and sharing knowledge to boost your HR career.
