Role: Senior Resourcing Business Partner

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000

My client is a leading facilities management company in the UK who are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Business Partner to join their business in a newly created position. This role will require someone with strong resilience, patience and the ability to influence and shape the way Recruitment is done within the business. It is for someone who can offer a strong balance between getting involved in strategic guidance as well as the operational aspects of how a recruitment function needs to run.

As a business moving towards a centralised model for resourcing, you will work closely with the Group Head of Resourcing to shape and deliver the new model as efficiently as possible. You will look at their new delivery of hiring across an internal recruitment team, hiring managers and an RPO - for different areas of the business.

Duties will include:

Taking ownership of their volume recruitment strategy across the business and the appropriate data and performance is tracked and monitored

Drive continuous improvements in partnership with hiring managers, in-house teams and the RPO

Ensure the quality of service is consistent

Ensure quality stakeholder relationships are there and continued

Drive the nationwide volume attraction strategy for the in line with their core values and skills

Define essential policies and procedures for the business area

Review assessment methodologies and approaches in relation to their current hiring process

Define talent pipelines aligned to business priorities

You will help lead on the implementation of the new ATS, as well as talent, attraction, onboarding and the entire resourcing process. This role will require travel across the UK offices so flexibility is needed.
