HR qualifications and workday expereince are desirable but not essential. 1 - 2 years expereince within a HR role is essential. Duties include:First line support for employees queriesProvide information to managers and staff about HR policies, procedures and processesSupport all aspects of the company HR activities such as; new starter admin, probations, references, induction, employee changes, annual salary and bonus reviews.Provide support for the annual election window for benefits and prepare the information for the directors emolumentsResponsible for issuing contracts, offer letters, promotions, bonus, leaver lettersResponsible for maintenance of relevant employee personnel records both in hard copy and electronic format i.e. contracts, benefits, medical records, training records, competency and appraisals.Workday/SAP data entry for new starters, employee changes and leavers.Managing sensitive and confidential matters including personnel relations, employee relations and organisational changesPreparing monthly payroll dataCoordinate and deliver new starter inductionsTo be involved in staff development and training and participate in PDP.
