Consultant - Leadership Development

Mid-sized, globally recognised management consultancy firm who are growing their leadership development practice, are seeking an individual with fluency in French and English to join their London practice. The role combines elements of advisory, client relationship management, business development and programme management.

Focusing on advising clients on the development of leadership capability, the role will manage complex projects to tight deadlines, often with demanding clients. The ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels is essential, as is a proven track record of working within a recognised assessment and leadership development consultancy. Our client requires both an under graduate and masters level qualification in psychology.
