Job Details
The key duties and responsibilities will involve some of the following :
- Review current workforce activities utilising reports and data with the aim of minimising the need for temporary vacancies
- Undertake a full review of the planning and rostering process
- Create best working practices whilst ensuring all gaps are filled by the most cost-effective resource
- Daily monitoring of temporary staffing bookings across all business areas
- Reporting directly to the directors on costings and support recommendations on efficiency's and processes
- Improve the recruitment of temporary resource and look into the reduction and reliance on agency staff
- Create a close working relationship with the suppliers and review rates and closely monitor the performance of these arrangements
- Produce analysis through the use of the available data and prepare ongoing suitable recommendations on how these can be achieved
- Demonstrate a clear initial reduction in agency reliance and spend to be presented back to directors and senior management
- Address temporary staffing concerns and change in processes
- Responsible for the full report on workforce output to encourage future savings
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record within HR, recruitment, temporary staffing, HR/Recruitment. Experience within organisational development and process mapping would be a distinct advantage.
