Interim HR Advisor
You will advise line managers on employee relations issues, including all aspects of grievance and disciplinary, redundancy, TUPE and restructuring. Lead on recruitment and selection, manage employee inductions and assist on several HR projects. As well as supporting Payroll, L&D and Pensions teams when required.
We are looking for a candidate who is highly experienced and commercial in their approach, CIPD part / fully qualified, with proven generalist HR experience, gained within a medium to large sized business.
It is essential you can communicate effectively with senior managers and that you possess strong influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and inspire trust with all levels of the organisation, championing and encouraging HR best practice.
If you are available at short notice, can commit to 2-3 months' work (possibly longer) and possess the above competencies, we are keen to hear from you ASAP.
