Head of Shared Services (HR)
As a key element of the development of their HR Shared Services delivery model, our client now has a fantastic transformational opportunity.
As Head of Shared Services (HR) you will be responsible for leading and transitioning the current administration focused team into a high performing Shared Service team model that is able to adapt, seamlessly, to support a rapidly growing international business.
Extensive experience in transforming, defining and implementing a service that is customer service focused is key. This experience will have been gained in Service/Contact Centre Leadership for Human Resources, Finance, or another business support service.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and set direction are essential. You will ensure services are continually reviewed, improved and technology is utilised to streamline process where possible.
And of course you will need first class communication skills as you will need to build relationships with stakeholders across the business.
