Your new role
The Internal Recruiter role will be responsible for the attraction, assessment and placement of temporary vacancies across the organisation. The Internal Recruiter will review CV's, screen applicants, hold interviews, run assessment centres, and support the placement and deployment of recruits into internal placements. Additionally the Internal Recruiter will manage candidate attraction campaigns, attend recruitment fairs and organise open days. Based from offices in South Birmingham, the role will include weekly travel (travel expenses payable)

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates will be an experienced agency recruitment consultants or resourcers or internal recruitment specialists with strong experience of recruiting for volume based vacancies. Excellent candidate attraction, assessment and management skills will be vital to success. Applicants must have worked within multi sited and fast paced environments and have worked to SLAs and KPIs. A full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
