An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experience Employee Relations specialist to join a growing, highly regarded organisation. Reporting into the Head of Employee relations this role will serve as the subject matter on various employee relations issues.


Key responsibilities of this role will be to lead the investigation of grievances, disciplinaries and other formal procedures. As a subject matter expert, you will provide advice to HR colleagues and managers on all ER and policy issues. Other duties include project managing employee litigation and reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures.  

 

The successful candidate will benefit from having demonstrable ER consulting experience as a generalist/HR business partner or in a specialist ER role, as well as a track record of conducting complex investigations, disciplinaries and grievances. You will possess good analytical and influencing skills and have detailed knowledge of English employment law and HR best practices.
