Ashley Kate HR are working with a leading manufacturing company based in Chard in their search for an HR Advisor.

The ideal candidate will be an HR professional with expertise in the use of systems and able to cover the full remit of a generalist HR Advisor role. This is a fast paced environment and so ideally you will have a background and knowledge in a similar Manufacturing or Engineering organisation.

You will report into the HR MR Manager and will assist in adapting and reconstructing the HR policies and procedures within the business. You will be happy to be involved in all aspects of the generalist role, whilst having the experience of change and restructure within a company.

Ideal requirements:
·An understanding of UK Employment Law
·Ability to cope in a complex, fast paced environment
·Strong experience using HR systems
·Ability to cover the full remit of the Generalist role
·Solid generalist HR experience preferably within a unionised, manufacturing environment.
·Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
·Client focussed and willing to go the extra mile.
·Positive and enthusiastic approach.
