This is a true business partnering role, consulting, designing, delivering, facilitating and evaluating. You will ensure the embedding of innovative behavioural and capability uplifting projects that equip, excite and engage leaders and their teams. You will:

Focus on outcomes and liaise with best in class partners to source and co-create programmes in support of the Technology strategy

Provide thought leadership by bringing outside thinking and expertise to ensure that leaders and teams are competent, highly effective and engaged

Manage the identification, business case, development, implementation, delivery and embedding of learning to address skill gaps

Facilitate bespoke sessions for leaders to build leadership capability

Lead and identify programmes of work to provide end to end ownership and accountability

To be successful, you will be an established Learning Partner with a breadth of experience in Learning Needs Analysis and the programme management of innovative Learning programmes. Ideally you will have developed your expertise in a large matrixed environment, although other backgrounds including Consultancy will be considered.
