Reward Manager - EdinburghFinancial ServicesPermanent£40,000 - £49,000 A Reward Manager opportunity at a well known financial services organisation based in Edinburgh. This role is a permanent opportunity and will work as part of a small team in their Edinburgh office. The Reward function is responsible for compensation offering, Pensions, flexible benefits and share plans for partners. This position will need an individual who has acted as a business partner previously as you will be liaising with the wider HR team on annual pay reviews, employee reward schemes and compensation. Does this sound like you? The Reward Manager will be a trusted advisor to the business and the HR team. You will need to desmonstrate how you have taken ownership in a Reward team previously. The Role:Manage a number of projects such as delivery of the annual pay review cycleDelivery of salary review researchBenefits and Compensation - benchmarking across the business, equal pay review and auditManagement responsibility of one Reward Professional The successful Reward Manager will have a strong track record of working in an in house Reward team and have experience of managing compensation arrangements. Although this position is working for a financial services organisations we would welcome individuals from all industries as long as you have been in a Reward position
