Reward Business Partner
Sitting in the Reward CoE but fully integrating into the aligned Business Unit, the Reward Business Partner will partner the Divisional HR Leadership Team and Senior Business Leaders, to set the reward approach and provide bespoke reward solutions to enable good business outcomes and positive employee engagement.
These are creative roles, supporting business units with populations of from 20,000 - 40,000 people. Remit includes:
- Integrating into the business unit and understanding their business and markets and developing the reward response that best supports the strategic direction.
- Designing bespoke reward solutions to address business needs and issues
- Providing advice and guidance on reward to HRLT and directly to the business
- Partnering with the Centre to ensure consistent and fair delivery on all elements of reward
We are looking for high potential Reward Business Partners with deep understanding and experience across the breadth of Reward. The ability to identify and solve reward related business issues from problem statement, through idea conception, to programme delivery, is key. As is strong stakeholder management and the ability to act as a true business partner.
