Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire

A great opportunity for a HR Advisor/ experienced HR Assistant to step into an Associate HR Business Partner position has arisen with a global company based in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire. This is a generalist position and will suit someone with good ER advisory experience.

This position will be based in the Head Office, however will often spend time in the London office, as well as travelling to sites around the London/ South regions.

The successful Associate HR Business Partner will be delivering support and guidance to line managers to enable them to lead their teams effectively and manage discipline, grievance, performance, absence and redundancy issues.

Responsibilities include;

Coaching managers to raise management capability

Provide support to managers on personal development

Supporting on disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and redundancy issues

Implementation of UK business HR strategy

Analysis and interpretation of data to transfer into commercial solutions

Contributing to the delivery of the resourcing plan

Experience and skills required;

Experience working in a HR Advisor capacity

Strong ER experience (including sickness, absence, poor performance)

Previous experience supporting and coaching new managers

Confident advising and influencing managers at various seniority

Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures

Enthusiastic and a can do attitude
