I am working with a great company based in Reading who are looking for a permanent HR Administrator to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible.This role will be supporting the HR function by co-ordinating various new starter, safeguarding and general admin tasks in a timely and professional manner and ensuring all customers receive a first-class service. The role includes but is not limited to:Dealing with all administration relating to the recruitment of management-level employees, e.g. offer letters, terms and conditions, references, proof of right to work in the UK, personnel file creation, three-month review admin and liaising with the Payroll and L&D Manager to share relevant informationRequesting references for all managers and Support staff, ensuring that these are followed up, filed, and any concerns passed to the HR Business Partner.General administrative duties such as salary and bonus review letters, change of contract letters, reference requests, and general correspondence. You need to have experience working in a fast-paced environment, proactive, be able to show initiative and have strong attention to detail.
