Description
The Graduate Development Manager is initially a 12 month fixed term contract and will be the catalyst for for creating the graduate programme for this business. The role will encompass employer branding, graduate talent attraction, onboarding and also monitoring and charting progress for the graduates' journey throughout the business.
Profile
The ideal candidate will come from a talent acquisition background, ideally with a focus on hiring and developing graduates. They will also be able to demonstrate they can develop the graduate programme in various ways including employer branding and building relationships both internally and externally.
Job Offer
The role is initially for 12 months with a real possibility of going permanent. The salary is between £50-£65,000 with good benefits.
