I am working with a leading professional services organisation in Sussex to recruit a new HR Officer. Working as part of a small HR Function, this is a full generalist role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow into an Advisory role.
Managing recruitment processes including screening, interviews and offer management
Support managers with ER and case management process including Probationary review meetings, Exit Interviews, Sickness absence and performance
Generalist HR Advice and support on people policies and procedures.
Ideally you'll come from a generalist background and be comfortable working closely with business managers on people policies and processes. Exposure to advisory process would be beneficially and a CIPD qualification is ideally sought. You must be comfortable working autonomously to achieve business objectives.
