A global leading law firm is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team. This person will join a dynamic team of 5 in attracting, recruiting and retaining around 30 trainee solicitors each year.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Reporting into the Graduate Recruitment Manager

  • Building relationships with university careers services, professors and student societies

  • Plan and deliver recruitment activities around recruitment requirements including on-campus and off-campus events with the Graduate Recruitment Manager

  • Work with the Graduate Recruitment Manager and marketing

  • Screening of application forms and selection of candidates for assessments

  • Telephone interview for First Year Insight Programme

  • Provide telephone feedback to unsuccessful candidates

  • Coordinate offers to successful candidates and manage application and headcount trackers and offer letters to each programme with the HR Hub

This person will:

  • Have 12-18 months experience as an assistant/coordinator at a law firm or 18-24 months experience within a professional services firm

  • Have experience in attending events and talking to key stakeholders whilst promoting the firm

  • Be confident and calm under pressure

  • Have very strong communication skills

  • Be good at building relationships

  • Have strong attention to detail
