Homebased Remote Case Managers (Qualified OHA's)
Location: Homebased - there will be occasional requirement to attend client sites for assessments
Job Type: Full Time Permanent - 5 Days/week
My client is looking to recruit Homebased Remote Case Managers (Qualified OHA's) to work on a full time permanent basis from HOME. The successful candidate will undertake phone based consultations and provide advice to employees with short and long term sickness absence issues, providing advice, reports and referrals.
The role will involve:
- Undertaking remote based case management up to 8 cases per day for various clients.
- Providing professional, comprehensive and evidence based reports
- Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH
The successful candidate will undertake phone based consultations and provide advice to employees with short and long term sickness absence issues, providing advice, reports and referrals.
To apply for this role you will need to be a QUALIFIED OHA WITH PROVEN REMOTE CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE.
