Job Details
A global leading law firm is looking for an HR Team Leader to join their operations team. This person will be managing a team of two administrators and deliver a high quality service to employees and managers
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Implementing an effective case management process to ensure a fair allocation of work across the team
- Implementing an auditing programme and monitoring audit reports
- Ensuring all data within the HR system is accurate including the accuracy of payroll instructions
- Setting client service standards and a SLA framework for the team
- Continuously reviewing and analysing processes and practices to ensure they remain fit for purpose
- Ensuring all key documentation including emails, letter templates and HR web pages are up to date
- Ensuring employee paperwork is correctly filed in personal files
- Leading, motivating and training the team to ensure they are delivering an excellent service and are equipped to handle queries
- Providing support on various projects and development within HR Operations team
This person will:
- Have experience working in an HR shared service environment
- Have previous team management experience
- Have strong data processing skills
- Have experience managing processes relating to business and operational needs
- Have experience or report writing from a HRIS database
- Have strong excel skills
