A new and exciting, innovative Head of Learning and Development opportunity for an experience, commercially oriented self- starter.
Working within the Talent and Development team, the purpose of this role is to drive the learning and development agenda which supports the delivery of the People Strategy and the needs of the business. The Head of L&D leads a team of 8 to design, develop and deliver learning and developmental systems and interventions which enable the client to achieve its vision and purpose. The role will lead a team of Learning & Development Co-ordinators, Specialists, and external vendors, and provide professional knowledge and subject matter expertise to meet the objectives of the L&D team.
We are looking for a high impact and passionate individual with a proven track record of designing and implementing development programmes that have delivered demonstrable business results and to budget, with the ability to demonstrate a strong commercial focus and understanding of business needs.
