Join my financial services client as a Reward Manager focused on compensation.
A well known financial services brand in Edinburgh.
The Reward Manager will join a wider Reward team to be the subject matter expert on all things compensation. Reporting in to the Reward Director, you'll have a varied role:
- be the SME for all things compensation in the wider Reward team.
- lead with annual cycle work with salary review and bonus.
- any out of cycle salary-increases etc will also be the responsibility of your team.
- manage one direct report to support with this.
- own the policies and guidance around compensation
The ideal candidate will have:
- deep knowledge of all things compensation, including bonus
- worked in an in-house reward function
- ideally financial services experience
A permanent Reward Manager post in Edinburgh.
