This is a day rate contract and it is essential that the successful candidate is available to start within a week of appointment
Seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager who can give first line advice and support during a redundancy process.
It is essential that you have previous 121 consultation experience and dealt with complex redundancies at all levels throughout an organisation.
The role is Birmingham based however there will be travel UK wide when required
