Ashley Kate HR are partnering with a large retail organisation in seeking a HR Officer to cover a maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to come join a brilliant collaborative team.
Primarily you would be supporting the HR Manager delivering professional end to end HR generalist advice to their site in Andover.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
·Provide generalist HR advice and assistance to Managers and employees
·Review and update existing HR policies in line with new employment legislation and best practice
·Support the implementation and delivery of key HR Projects
·General administration as and when required
·Liaise with payroll and finance in providing information for employee benefits etc.
·Coordinate the end to end recruitment and selection process
·Proven generalist HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as retail/hotel
·Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures and best practice on recruitment and selection
·Attention to detail.
·Annual Leave - Employees receive 33 days A/L per holiday year (1 April to 31 March) inclusive of public holidays.
