An exciting Internal Recruiter role has arisen working for a small Financial Services firm based in the heart of London. In this role, you will be the sole Internal Recruiter and will be responsible for the process across the business.

Your new role
In your new Internal Recruiter role, you will be leading the end-to-end function across all disciplines and all levels of seniority. You will use various methods to direct source for candidates, will telephone screen, and interview face-to-face along with HR. Furthermore, you will be identifying target organisations, be tasked with putting together a database of candidates, and will be asked to suggest a PSL for each discipline in the business.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have strong In-house recruitment experience, having sourced for a range of different roles, particularly in the IT space. Importantly, you will have interviewed candidates face-to-face and will have the ability to make judgements on their suitability to internal vacancies. Additionally, you will have experience implementing direct sourcing methods and will have a track record of driving down agency spend.
