Job Details
The business is looking to scale over the next couple of years and you will play a key part in supporting this growth. Working alongside another member of the HR team, you will provide a pro-active and progressive HR service.
Responsibilities include:
Updating HR policies
Managing employee relations case work
Managing all recruitment processes
Providing advice and guidance
Qualifications - CIPD qualified or equivalent
